This monthly workshop walks you through the step-by-step process of building your business growth strategy. It is a hands-on, intensive work session. You will need your preferred method of note-taking and be able to input your ideas into the frameworks provided. At the end of the three-hour session, you will have your own PRE SPT (system, process, and team) business growth plan.
